Hot Potato Celebrating storytelling and theatre
Hot Potato where storytelling and theatre are always on the menu for:
Hot Potato tours both locally and nationally bringing magic and wonder back into the lives of children and adults alike. Because of the interactive and bespoke nature of this art form, Hot Potato can meet the needs of each individual child, class or community afresh each time.
This distinctive business combines the ancient art of storytelling (the original form of recycling) with theatre to create a unique experience for young and old that is live, in the moment and so very real. Storytelling is about connection and communication, which Peter and Leah do with simple props and no ostentatious costumes leaving room for each individual’s imagination to flourish and for a real bond to build up between performers and audience.
Hot Potato takes the silver key of imagination and empowers others to unlock the door to other worlds…
Moon Song
Through storytelling, song, slapstick humour and prayer, Interfaith Ministers, Rev. Leah Findlay and Rev. Peter Findlay, the storyteller, bring to life the tale of a Tribal Chief who sends his people out searching for God!
Join us on a journey of faith following in the footsteps of those seekers before us and witness, along with the tribal chief, the diversity of their discoveries. Hold onto your seat and your sides while tension builds and war cries are heard with the returning tribes hurtling towards a collision of great magnitude....
